Kakelake is an independent gallery/dealer space which also contains an independent bookstore/distro Baby Genius books. The physical shop is contained in the Snakepit artists' compound at 33 High Street, Auckland City. We are open from 11-5 Thursday to Saturday, or by appointment. If you can't make it to the shop, you can purchase some of the quality publications we carry on this blog.

Onward Suckdog Soldiers CD
This is musically equivalent -- Lisa Suckdog and cohorts (Rachel Johnson, Jean-Louis Costes, Coz the Shroom, and Dame Darcy) present lo-fi rants and "musical" excursions that mostly date between 1988 and 1992.
